No data selling
We never sell, rent, or share your health data with advertisers or data brokers.
No AI training
Your health data and coaching conversations are never used to train any AI model, including Claude.

Download a full copy of your data anytime. Delete your account and all data is permanently erased within 30 days.
Encrypted storage
Data in transit uses TLS 1.2+. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. BYOK keys never leave your device.
